Project On December 4th, 2013, NUON took over use of the existing 27,500m2 multi-storeyed building in Amsterdam South-East. This building which is called ‘New Amsterdam’ is now the headquarters of N.V. NUON Energy in the Netherlands. The renovation of the building can be described as very significant and thorough: both the exterior and interior have been completely redone except for the concrete skeleton: open spaces have been arranged across several floors in the building, and a sixth floor has been added to the building.
