In 1994, All State Insurance built a large corporate campus on Jacksonville’s southeast side.  The location is lush, with walking trails, ponds and moss-covered oaks. Nearly 30 years later, a forward-thinking developer, Trevato Group, bought the 30-acre site from All State, seeing potential in its location, landscape, and architectural bones. Trevato hired Valerio Dewalt Train to renovate the existing 8-story tower to support multiple tenants. This duplex apartment in Tribeca offers breathtaking views of the Hudson River and the downtown Manhattan skyline. Our design sought to preserve the original layout’s open, airy feel while providing privacy for a family of four with two young children. To make the most of the panoramic city views, the layout is carefully organized along the perimeter, with storage and secondary spaces integrated into the apartment's core. On the lower floor, the bedrooms and family area are centered around a compact storage volume. HAVER Architectural Mesh offers a secure solution for balconies and staircases On the former site of the Volg Wineries in Winterthur, Switzerland, the architectural company Beat Rothen Architektur GmbH created a new area of residential and commercial space. Hansen House is a historic hospital that cared for people with leprosy, established in Jerusalem in 1887. Nowadays it is transformed into a design, media and technology cultural center and is the home of the Jerusalem Design Week, which is now in its 8th edition. The structure is under strict preservation regulations and it can only undergo minor changes.
