As they outgrew their previous space, Micdee Designs was engaged to create a new site that could accommodate their immediate and future growth requirements. Spleet Africa's core values of honesty, trust, empathy, and transparency were central to their vision for the work environment, which needed to reflect a relaxed, confident, and inviting design.

Pantheon Offices
Located in a historic 1908 building in San Francisco’s Chinatown, Pantheon’s office was designed to provide a dynamic environment to accommodate its growing workforce. The two floors include 98 workstations, 9 conference rooms, lounge and dining areas, phone booths, a library and a cafe.
Movement between the two levels is encouraged by having a combination of workstations, communal areas and quiet spaces distributed throughout the office. The large dining area provides a spacious gathering hub where different teams can socialize and interact.
