A flexible steel building designed for fast assembly.
This modular garage and workshop was engineered as a fully bolted steel structure, providing a durable, flexible and cost-effective solution for industrial and commercial applications. The project demonstrates how modern steel construction can significantly reduce installation time while maintaining high structural performance.
The building is manufactured from formed steel profiles and assembled entirely with bolted connections, eliminating the need for on-site welding. This approach simplifies transportation, accelerates installation and allows the structure to be easily expanded, relocated or modified in the future.

Jogger's Park in Bandra West
Taking in vast expanses of the sea, the Jogger’s Park is a public open space, in Bandra, Mumbai, with an array of amenities for people to indulge in. Rejuvenating an old, dull space into a functional public park, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) in partnership with the design team at Atelier ARBO, envisioned and brought to reality a well-planned garden arena for people to experience and utilize.
