A flexible steel building designed for fast assembly.
This modular garage and workshop was engineered as a fully bolted steel structure, providing a durable, flexible and cost-effective solution for industrial and commercial applications. The project demonstrates how modern steel construction can significantly reduce installation time while maintaining high structural performance.
The building is manufactured from formed steel profiles and assembled entirely with bolted connections, eliminating the need for on-site welding. This approach simplifies transportation, accelerates installation and allows the structure to be easily expanded, relocated or modified in the future.
The structural system consists of prefabricated columns, beams and connection details designed for efficient fabrication and straightforward assembly. Every connection was optimized to ensure strength, stability and ease of installation while minimizing the number of components.
The modular design accommodates various façade options, including insulated sandwich panels, glazing, sectional doors and personnel doors, making the building suitable for garages, workshops, storage facilities and light industrial buildings.
