Team Heijmans has been commissioned by the municipality of Utrecht to develop and build 144 homes in Leidsche Rijn Centrum Bellevue is the collective effort of Heijmans Vastgoed, NL Architects, Workshop architecten and Flux Landschapsarchitecten together with LBPs Sight, De Keizer Makelaarsgroep, Soontiëns Stadsnatuur and WAX Architectural Visualizations.
