Bajiao Well，Yiwu Place

At the heart of Yiwu’s historic urban core, at the intersection of Chengzhong Middle Road and Xiachemen Road, lies an ancient well dating back to the Eastern Jin Dynasty. Timeworn and quietly dignified, this modest relic has borne witness to centuries of change and holds a special place in the collective memory of local residents. CASA A PATIO

The design of this residential building is characterized by the presence of three patios, each one having different sizes and functions. The first one we encounter coming from outside separates the master part from the services one. Inside the house the spaces are arranged around a central patio, which is covered by a large skylight. This space contributes to the internal climate well-being, allowing for the natural ventilation of the internal spaces during the summer months and providing solar gains in winter periods. A third patio is dedicated exclusively to the bathroom area. We selected a range of contract projects - restaurants, bars, luxury retails, offices - to show how our models may be easily applied to different spaces and design concepts, adding that final wow factor. TEMINAL 3, IGI One of the prime infrastructural projects in New Delhi, the new TERMINAL 3 (T3) at the INDIRA GANDHI INTERNATIONAL (IGI) AIRPORT is designed with many unique landscape features. Odyssey was awarded the Hardscape and Water Features work for this iconic project. HARDSCAPE The Scope of Work under Hardscape included 858 Movable Planter Boxes, 750 RMT of Fixed Planters in Steel Grey Granite, a Landscape Deck and Planter Benches. The Movable Planter Boxes are completely self-sufficient and drip-free, equipped with a HDPE tray, Pond Liner and a slotted Galvanized Mild Steel (GMS) Framework.
