The original yakisugi “shou sugi ban” paneling, sealed to be user-friendly. The charred, unbrushed, and sealed surface is suitable for interior applications. It has a hard, durable, non-toxic, and washable surface, with even black color. Delivered ready to install.

The non-toxic interior polyurethane coating is clean and hard and protects the wood from dirt and abrasion. It can easily be wiped clean with a moist cloth or touched up with most water-based polyurethanes. It is not suitable for exterior applications or where the siding is consistently exposed to moisture.

It has a leathery texture with maximum wood and color longevity, and an even black color. This product is delicate and will blemish. It is not suitable for high-traffic applications. Delivered ready to install.
