In 2014–2015, Svetozar Andreev’s architectural studio (Hotei-Russia) developed the design for THE COMPLETE Wellness Spa Hotel, a major spa resort in Maricá — a new, rapidly growing attraction point in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The project`Villa Cyprus`is a country house located in southern Cyprus. The complex as a whole consists of a 560 sq.m residential block, two swimming pools located on two levels, recreation areas and a technical block with indoor parking and outbuildings. The residential area is located on one level with panoramic glazing overlooking the swimming pools and the Mediterranean Sea.    The main house boasts two bedrooms, four bathrooms, two dressing rooms, a living room / home cinema, kitchen, and dining room. The United Islands Apartment Complex in our plans will be located in coastal waters right on Koh Som or similar little island in the gulf of Samui Island. The project as a whole is founded on the principles of green architecture, with extensive use of environmentally friendly materials and technologies, including autonomous sources of electric power: solar panels, wind generators and tidal power. Each constructional element of the complex is organically blended in to the existing landscape.   It-Tieqa Żerqa, more popularly known as the Azure Window, was an icon of the Maltese islands. Following a storm in March of 2017, the arch collapsed into the sea, and there was no way to restore it. However, we have a plan to give this symbol a new life:   The Heart Of Malta is a polygonal architectural form with mirrored steel faces, which will blend into the landscape, and have the same size and proportions as the original limestone arch.
