LC Privacy Glass: Conference Room
LC Privacy Glass was used to create this state-of-the-art conference room for a prominent Construction Management company in Woodbury, NY. The door and surrounding glass walls, when transparent, allow a full view of the beautiful reception area and mural, and then can become fully private when needed with the flip of a switch.
Our patented PowerTrack allows the conference room door to slide open with no visible wires. The front wall can be used as a white board, or instantly transforms into a rear projection screen for impressive, eye-catching presentations.
This project was installed by C&L Aluminum using the CRL 702 Series framing system. More

Switchable Privacy Glass
Privacy at the flick of a switch is possible with Switchable glass. This is state of the art laminated glass with a liquid crystal interlayer between two sheets of glass.
In clear mode an electrical current is passed through the interlayer which aligns the microscopic crystals along a number of parallel axes, thus allowing vision through the glass.
When privacy is required the current is switched off and the crystals scatter into a random formation which prevents vision through the glass.

One of our latest projects includes the use of our privacy glass in a hotels façade, located in the heart of Madrid. At night, panels are usually turned off and several lights in different colors are displayed on the hotels façade, whereas in the daytime, the privacy glass panels are turned ON in order to allow as much light as possible inside the hotel´s ambiences.

DreamGlass® Installation In Building Façade
Madrid, Spain. Dream Glass Group (DGG) a leader in Switchable Privacy Glass was chosen by a Neo Architectural Studio to supply and install yet another challenging project in Madrid’s city center. Following its success in offering different technological solutions to all types of glass installations, DreamGlass® was prescribed for the building’s façade.
The project encompassed the total refurbishment and re-decoration of the building opposite the Retiro Park. The installation of the entire 7 story façade comprising of 113 DreamGlass® panels with double glazed solar control units was a ground breaking solution to traditional interior curtains.
