Should be higher
Recently a lively debate started on high-rise buildings in Szczecin - 400 000 inhabitants city in north-west Poland. Majority of built environment in Szczecin is 4-5 floors high. Higher structures are mainly historical and public buildings with towers (churches, museums, schools). There are some housing blocks from the 70-ties, built in the centre which are higher than average reaching 11 floors. On that background there are only 3 structures from the post war era which are distinctively higher - Sky Garden (72m), PAzim (92m) and Hanza Tower (104m). Mieczysław Karłowicz Philharmonic Hall in Szczecin
The new Philharmonic Hall of Szczecin is located (arises) on the historical site of the “Konzerthaus”, which was destroyed during Second World War and recomposes an urban corner in a neighborhood near to the historic city. The building houses a symphony hall for 1.000 spectators, a hall for chamber music for 200 spectators, a multifunctional space for exhibitions and conferences, and a wide foyer, which can also be used to host events. ZONA LIBRE restaurant is located in the center of Szczecin, in the immediate vicinity of one of the most beautiful walking routes in the city.
The restaurant is located in the ground floor of the five story building from the early twentieth century.
ZONA LIBRE interiors are designed in the style of fusion.
It is a combination of the original interior of the old building with modern, simple furniture.
It is also a combination of economic solutions, exclusive furniture and handmade items.
All this is to create a space conducive to meetings, brewing excellent coffee and a pleasant stay.
ZONA LIBRE is a place in the style of slow food - slow coffee - simple design. More
