Taipei City is a densely populated urban area, and Neihu District is known for its high-tech development, which attracts many young, highly educated, and high-income tenants. This project consists of only 97 units, primarily targeting young citizens and newly married families. A large amount of green space and corner areas are integrated into the vertical space, utilizing light and landscape to create vertical architectural expressions. The owner of this case is a couple with two young children. The male host loves the industrial style and the hostess wants the home to be clean and warm. HuahappeNi To compromise the needs, we let the floor and beam of the living and dining area to be exposed, and coating with concrete texture.  The wall and cabinets, used the white tone to match with the industrial elements. Tainan National University of the Arts (TNNUA) is an institution for art education, bringing together about 500 instructors and students in a secluded campus far from the city. In this environment, material desires are kept to a minimum; life for these scholars is dedicated to research and creative work. The Art History building is a sequestered, stable space for teaching and learning, serving about 150 instructors and students. This is a space where scholars of history can hone their capabilities and engage in dialogue.
