In 1994, All State Insurance built a large corporate campus on Jacksonville’s southeast side.  The location is lush, with walking trails, ponds and moss-covered oaks. Nearly 30 years later, a forward-thinking developer, Trevato Group, bought the 30-acre site from All State, seeing potential in its location, landscape, and architectural bones. Trevato hired Valerio Dewalt Train to renovate the existing 8-story tower to support multiple tenants. Embracing the local urban lifestyle, the new Ignite Pizzeria in Vancouver BC blends modern city nightlife and the intimate experience of creating handmade artisan pizza. In a post-pandemic environment, a craving for palpable experiences ignites the popularity of more immersive and tactile interactions. The new pizzeria does just that, where RSAAW brings the process of hand-making artisan pizza directly to guests through the five basic human senses. After occupying 90,000 sq ft over six floors at the same location for 48 years, Godfrey & Kahn decided to relocate as the anchor tenant in a new office tower located in downtown Milwaukee. Godfrey & Kahn occupies the top three floors of the building, including a private east-facing terrace located on the 19th floor. The goal of the tenant improvement was to create a modern, sophisticated look for the new office that allows for greater flexibility.Throughout the firm’s history, each employee, except for office services staff, had a private office.
