The main feature of this project is dynamism, both spatial and formal.Behind a rectangular volume there are many sloping lines. Surprises along the way are the result. Ethelett Distribution. The Urbane Mexico restaurant is on a corner, between a main street and a secondary one. Local regulations require not to build in a five-meter strip on the front of the property. We used this space as parking and access. We occupied the remaining surface with the two-level restaurant. The ground floor dining area occupies a third of this level. B3, located in Coco Park in Shenzhen, is a bistro designed by RooMoo design studio. The concept comes from the brand. The bistro name B3 came from the first letter of: brunch, bistro, and bar. The site at the edge of a forest provides the verdant setting for the house. The brief for the house is to achieve the ultimate outdoor living with connections to the gardens from all rooms. The U-shape plan is built round a courtyard flanked by a lap pool on one side. Caption Caption The green landscape permeates all around and through the house. One of the gardens at the side which is at a higher level cascades down through the living room and courtyard, and out onto the garden beyond.
