This project created a permanent home for the performing arts program at Greens Farms Academy, a private pre-K through 12 school in Westport, Connecticut. The challenge was to position a large theatre, gallery, and additional classrooms in a prominent location on the school’s 40-acre campus overlooking Long Island Sound. The Cine Palladium, one of the most emblematic cinemas in the city of Belo Horizonte (capital of the state of Minas Gerais - Brazil), was deactivated in the late 90s due to the popularization of modern cinemas at the shopping malls.
