Located in Roskilde, the project comprises the careful restoration of a heritage villa, with a strong focus on preserving the building’s original architectural character, materiality and historic expression. The project included the comprehensive restoration of the timber frame, the construction of a new roof structure and improvements to the building’s thermal performance through additional insulation. Club Mahindra Madikeri Resort

Merging Nature with the Living Habitat The Madikeri Resort in Coorg, Karnataka is a hospitality project that was designed for Club Mahindra Holidays and Resorts. The design takes cues from the indigenous Kodava culture and upholds biophilia as a central element to create a site-sensitive habitat that is in harmony with nature. With an area of 2,15,000-sq.ft., the resort comprises a reception, fitness centre, spa, three restaurants and 220 rooms arranged in an arc on a single level to maximise ease of movement. Guest House Exterior Design

It’s always a challenge to create harmony between an existing and new building – the materials, visuals and lines have to match in order to provide a wholesome image. Located on the popular Al-Estiqlal Street in Basra, Iraq, this 3 star hotel features the best of exterior and interior designs. The CAS team participated in an amalgamated architectural and interior collaboration to deliver the layout and exterior design of this hotel. From the parking in the basement to the public spaces on the ground floor and the private guest rooms on the first four floors, each and every element has been designed to emulate a welcoming and comfortable ambience. Luxury Kerala House Traditional Interior Design

The Kerala House is a luxury private residence located in India, Kerala. The client had some very stringent demands that allowed the CAS design team very limited amount of freedom with the overall design. The client’s brief dictated most of the color and material palate – which was basically a mix of luxurious neo-classical style articulated in gold and wooden features.
