EOVASTUDIO renovates a traditional family estate reviving the ingenuity of rural landscapes in Spain
Rising from a breathtaking and endless landscape of cork oak groves and ecological mountain olive groves in Monesterio in Spain, La Hacienda Los Acepados is a 19th-century estate formerly used for agriculture and livestock farming. EOVASTUDIO undertook the renovation project to fulfil the owner’s vision of restoring the architectural beauty of the family estate and integrating it into the surrounding landscape.

Traditional house in Valencia rehabilitated in line with Passivhaus principles
In Paterna, Valencia, Spain, this traditional house was rehabilitated by La Caseta Arquitectura and follows Passivhaus principles.
