EOVASTUDIO renovates a traditional family estate reviving the ingenuity of rural landscapes in Spain

Rising from a breathtaking and endless landscape of cork oak groves and ecological mountain olive groves in Monesterio in Spain, La Hacienda Los Acepados is a 19th-century estate formerly used for agriculture and livestock farming. Traditional house in Valencia rehabilitated in line with Passivhaus principles

In Paterna, Valencia, Spain, this traditional house was rehabilitated by La Caseta Arquitectura and follows Passivhaus principles.  German Cabo The existing house includes a single façade with no courtyards to assist with ventilation or illumination.
