Bregenz Hypopassage-Gateway to Lake Constance
The newly designed passageway provides a direct link between the city center and Lake Constance, forming an important urban axis and representing a significant step in the development of “Bregenz Mitte.”

Barrier-free and generously dimensioned for pedestrian and bicycle traffic, the passageway crosses under the multi-lane Seestraße, providing direct access to the shores of Lake Constance and the Arlbergbahn railway station. This innovative urban structure promotes a joyful and sustainable way of life in the city of Bregenz.
Connected to the busy Lochau-Bregenz cycle route, the passageway is also used by many people as a direct cycle connection to the city center.

Südkreuz Station, Berlin
Berlin Südkreuz Station is located in the Tempelhof-Schöneberg district south of Berlin city centre.It forms an intersection and allows passengers to switch between long-distance and local transport. The station is a multi-level station; the platforms are distributed over different levels. Its special feature, besides its size and its shopping facilities, is its modern energy concept.In Südkreuz Station, German Railways tested innovative mobility, information and energy concepts, and in 2014 installed the first wind power plant on a station roof. Powerhouse and de Zwarte Hond complete Assen train station with striking triangular wooden roof
Powerhouse Company in collaboration with de Zwarte Hond cleaned up the transport flows by implementing a new platform tunnel for pedestrians, restorating and shortening of the existing bicycle tunnel, adding a new car tunnel and an underground bicycle shed. This allowed for the new train station to become an inviting pedestrian friendly plaza that opens up towards the city of Assen.
