The Upper house

A Relaxing vibe was the driving thought behind the conceptualization of AA Urban Villas. The building itself was a mix used between a working space and a house. Lower levels are used for the work area where the owner works there. So the idea was to create a different surrounding resort feel like a house on the top floor. A customized home converted into a coffee shop

Have you ever thought of converting your customized home into a coffeeshop (interior design) during day time? Or, your vacation home into one? Here is a reference house design for you. It includes virtual house tour of this vacation home. The location for the house is San Diego, California. It is a two story house and total area is 2,658sf (247sm) including 1st floor 165sm (1776sf) and 2nd floor, 82sm (882sf). As a vacation home, it is not much in use while the owner is away from home.
