Railway Station Lienz - A Mobility Hub as Urban Building Block  Lienz Railway Station is the most important railway station in East Tyrol and is centrally located within the town of Lienz. The historic station building dated back to 1871, was destroyed during the Second World War, rebuilt, and subsequently renovated several times. The “old bridge” derives its strength from its impressive sequence of arches as well as from the massiveness and homogeneity of its rough natural stone. The house is on the outskirts of Wörgl, a quiet residential area, which in recent decades is characterized by single-family house cultivations. The building regulations reduced the buildable, formerly agricultural land at a construction site with the local customary maximum size of 700 m². The two-storey building, a concrete with a solid slatted larch cladding on the upper floor is located on the eastern border due to distance to the neighbors.
