This project is a prime example of how aesthetics and engineering genius can triumph over the most daunting architectural constraints. Our ambitious task was to transform a technical basement of a private house, located directly beneath the concrete shell of a swimming pool, into a luxurious wine cellar and multi-functional space.The main challenge lay in the extreme baseline conditions—the ceiling height was just over two meters, and the risky proximity to the pool's "wet" zone demanded uncompromising thermal insulation to protect the fragile wine collection.
