Located in the heart of Cluj-Napoca, Laboratorium occupies the ground floor of Palatul Széki — one of four corner buildings constructed at the end of the 19th century to mark the threshold of the city center, and home to the former Matia Corvin Pharmacy.

Designed in 1893 by Pecz Samu — known for Budapest's Central Market Hall and his eclectic, Gothic-inflected library commissions — the building was conceived for Miklós Széki, pharmacist, academic, and entrepreneurial patron. Széki occupied the apartment directly above his pharmacy, connected by a private spiral metal stair.

Located in the heart of Città Studi, this apartment originally had an unfavorable floor plan, consisting of an entrance leading into a long, dark corridor. The project aims to transform this unappealing space into a true promenade with outstanding architectural quality. The insertion of a long barrel vault defines the corridor’s width, creating a path with strong geometric character that not only emphasizes the linearity of the corridor but also guides the visitor towards the living area, which is revealed as a surprise at the end of the path.

The Wendy House
The site is the beautiful private land of 8 acres which is a dense forest with a lots coconut trees, mango trees, Nutmeg, Teak etc. Finding a perfect place for the farm house became difficult since we don’t want to cut down any trees on site. By making a grid in site, the form of the building has been achieved in accordance with the tree position.

Duplex Porto
The main objective of the project was to transform a duplex apartment facing north in order to provide it with as much natural light as possible, contributing this way to the quality of life of its users.
The apartment is located in a recently renovated building, located in Rua de Restauração, an impressive street in the city of Porto dated back to the early 19th century, where one can find many bourgeois buildings, formerly considered the most luxurious houses in the city.
