Located near Praça da Espanha, a bohemian spot in Curitiba / PR, the Apartment Ladrilho was designed to be the first home of a young couple.

The main challenge of the project was to find the best layout for the apartment's social spaces, ensuring enough storage space for the couple, without compromising the aesthetics or practicality of everyday life. Therefore, the main intervention of the project was the removal of the existing walls delimiting the kitchen and laundry room for a new layout arrangement.

EDIFICIO CHICHEN-ITZA
It is a mixed-use building located in Mexico City in Colonia del Valle.
The land has a corner condition and one of the streets is pedestrian and has a public square.
Such projects are necessarily linked to a business scheme, where the main challenge is to achieve a profitable project, however, and beyond solving that issue proposals that increase the value of the spaces were raised. Pretending that users not only within their departments live but use the common spaces.
