Rénovation d'un appartement familial
"Berthier"
This apartment in Versailles underwent a complete transformation. The space, formerly dark, now favors brightness and the warm presence of wood.

Our goal was to reorganize the volumes while preserving the apartment’s soul. The original parquet mosaics, door handles and 1950s radiators were retained.

To optimize circulation, the kitchen was moved next to the dining area tot take advantage of the south-facing orientation.

Mansart
A neoclassical house dating from 1875, incorporating decorative elements in the Louis XV style, is now divided into apartments. It has been restored to its original character following a restoration of the roof and walls in accordance with best practice.
The four facades were renovated, taking into account the different materials and construction techniques, after a thorough investigation and fruitful discussions with the Architecte des Bâtiments de France.It was decided to apply a lime wash and mineral paint, a traditional process that reveals the relief of the facades. The upper base was reworked with rockwork and repointed with lime mortar.

Paroisse
This former doctor's office has been completely renovated and converted into an apartment. The project has created a very open, spacious, and functional living space and highlights the panoramic view of the Place du Marché in Versailles. Very neutral colors were chosen to create a strong contrast with the bright lights outside.

The loft consists of a large living room and an office separated by a curved glass partition. Hidden from view, the bedroom is concealed behind a bookcase partition with a sliding door, and the bathroom by an invisible door.
