An effervescent place where residential, life and work go hand-in-hand, and consequently there is always something to do here. The new pavilion in Eindhoven is a gift from the Chinese city of Nanjing. The name You Ning refers to this good city connection. “You” means friendship and “Ning” is the abbreviated name for the city of Nanjing. Stacked Dwelling is a weekend house in Igatpuri, standing on a compact 360 sq m linear plot. The narrative unfolds against the majestic backdrop of the Sahyadris. Photographix The name is derived from the organisational strategy which orchestrates the interior spaces as two small houses placed on a platform, albeit cohesive in design vocabulary. The Eaters New York, a thematic café spread across 800sq.ft. of area, presents to its audience an innovative and cultural theme of America, as is suggestive from the logo of the franchise. The décor and the entire design ambiance, has been pivoted around the concept of imparting a modern appeal with a hint of industrial design following the main color scheme of the logo.
