Villa Ermio
O projeto de Agroturismo da Villa Ermio cria um ambiente de descanso e conexão com a natureza, aproveitando as vistas arborizadas e a tranquilidade do Vale de Sancho. A arquitetura foi pensada para se integrar suavemente no terreno, respeitando o seu desnível natural e trabalhando com curvas que acompanham a topografia, criando uma volumetria fluida e discreta. As paredes de xisto e outros materiais locais reforçam o diálogo entre tradição e modernidade, enquanto as amplas aberturas permitem que a luz natural e as vistas panorâmicas façam parte do ambiente interior, proporcionando uma experiência de relaxamento em harmonia com a paisagem envolvente.

Villa Alverca
In this rehabilitation project, Villa Alverca, an old two-story single-family house, was completely renovated and expanded to provide better functionality and comfort. Located on a 76m² plot, the intervention respected the traditional stone masonry facades, maintaining harmony with the urban surroundings. However, due to the state of abandonment of the construction, some parts, such as staircases and interior walls, needed to be redone, allowing the optimization of previously very subdivided and cramped interior spaces.

The external spaces of modern homes have always been precious, but they have never been as valued as in recent years. Several factors made us rethink and value the additional areas of houses, leading to the massive use of balconies and terraces across the country!

This client asked us to completely transform his rooftop balcony on a building on the Atlantic coast, creating an outdoor leisure and cooking space. To achieve this, we replaced the metal cover with a retractable glass one, electronically controlled, allowing the lighting and ventilation to be adjusted as needed.
