villARCH studio as Arquitetura Interiores

The external spaces of modern homes have always been precious, but they have never been as valued as in recent years. Several factors made us rethink and value the additional areas of houses, leading to the massive use of balconies and terraces across the country!

This client asked us to completely transform his rooftop balcony on a building on the Atlantic coast, creating an outdoor leisure and cooking space. To achieve this, we replaced the metal cover with a retractable glass one, electronically controlled, allowing the lighting and ventilation to be adjusted as needed.

The project includes a gourmet outdoor kitchen, equipped with custom-made furniture and a personalized island that offers practicality and meets the tastes of customers.

The leisure area was carefully planned, with a color palette that harmonizes with the ceramic covering, creating a welcoming and sophisticated environment. In the social area, the L-shaped sofa, green armchairs and expandable table for 8 people stand out, as well as a rocking chair and jute rug that complement the design. The kitchen was equipped with a barbecue, laundry room and integrated shoe rack, all designed according to customer preferences. The central island, in addition to being functional, was customized with space for wine, a special detail that reflects one of the client's passions.

Solar lamps complement the environment, charging during the day and turning on automatically at night, adding even more comfort and sustainability to the space. The combination of green, beige and wood with the Mint covering on the accent wall gives a touch of elegance and freshness to the project, making it a perfect refuge for moments of leisure.
