The Place

‘The Place’ really is the place-to-be – a stylish, purpose-built Nottingham new student accommodation (PBSA) scheme and a market first for developer and owner MRP. “A world of wonder for children led by independent discovery, grounded by research and well-being advocacy” WY-TO Singapore was announced as the winner of the Keppel Centre for Art Education in early 2023. The practice based in Singapore and Paris, with expertise in experiential design, was invited to participate in the Research and Design tender. Participating firms were called upon to propose an innovative revamp of the 1,500 sqm art centre guided by their research methodology. [Y/N] Studio complete the refurbishment of one of London’s most unique and community-focused public spaces

One of London’s most unique and community-focused public spaces, Bradbury Works in Gillett Square, Dalston, has undergone a dramatic refurbishment by [Y/N] Studio. The project includes the renovation of 600 m2 of existing affordable workspace, the replacement of ten mini retail units, and the addition of almost 500 m2 of extra workspace within a two-storey addition. French and Tye Wrapped in a homogenous appearing polycarbonate façade, the original masonry structure of the existing Victorian terrace building behind has been retained, refurbished, and renovated. UNStudio completes the new HQ for the creators of K-Pop

YG Entertainment, the producers of K-Pop, engaged UNStudio to design their brand new headquarter building in Seoul, which since its completion has become a hub for fans hoping to catch a glimpse of the latest K-Pop stars. Rohspace The new HQ is located on a site that borders two very different conditions. To one side is a  low-density housing area, while on the other side the HQ faces a dense network of highways and bridges and overlooks a large green park with a river.
