Shortly after successfully completing the Center for Analytics and Performance Modelling for HSS (CAMP), Mapos was invited back by HSS to conceive and execute the new 5,400 square foot HSS Wellness Center. Mapos worked closely with the HSS Wellness Team as well as representatives from multiple hospital departments to develop a program that strategically addressed a diversity of wellness needs for the hospital staff, from classic offerings such as gym and locker facilities, to cutting-edge treatment and recovery services focused on resiliency, enhancing staff well-being, and optimizing professional performance. Equinox Wisconsin Avenue located in the District’s City Ridge neighborhood. The two-story Fitness Club is an inspiring hub for its community. The club amenities include a spa, Pilates studio, cycling studio, weight room, steam room, and juice bar. This club introduces the Equinox brand to active adults in the Metro Detroit while representing its international identity. Advocate Aurora’s Central Telemetry Center completes the final phase of the Digital Patient Care and Management Center (DPCMC) in Oakbrook Terrace, IL designed by Matthei & Colin Associates. Part of a planned consolidation of remote digital patient care and resource management departments relocated outside of the hospital walls and into commercial space, the DPCMC is comprised of four areas with distinct but interrelated or codependent functions – Patient Care Command Center (PC3), Electronic ICU (EICU), Central Telemetry Center (CTC) and Common Staff Support (CSS).
