CHAMAN VILLA
The design of Chaman Villa began with how to deal with existing condition on site; an old residential unit and a pool. We seek to preserve them.
By placing a Cedrus tree at the end of entrance path and redefining this path a structural ax was made in a way that second volume added at the other side of the ax. Since the primary volume was in the basic house form, by playing with slopes and eliminating symmetry, we tried to remodel the archetypal house. These changes were in a way that the public and private zones divided according to their needed areas. Façade transparency between the volumes makes the Cedrus to be seen from the site entry. More

Mediterranean Arabic House Design
Every home has its unique personality, and this Mediterranean Arabic house design in Riyadh has it in spades. The exterior features a unique combination of modern massing coupled with quaint Mediterranean style design elements like red shingles, partially pitched roofs, arches and a crisp white facade. The overall design respects the bounds of the Arabic culture. The exterior wall is tall, masonry based and frames stunning wrought iron gates with a built-in water cooler to symbolize generosity. Minimal Villa Exterior Design
Designing in the minimalistic style is an art form, and not everyone can accomplish it well. Ahmad Al Suwaidi came to CAS with the task of designing a minimal style villa exterior that was both luxurious yet cost effective. The CAS team responded by designing a simple but unique design that utilized the existing edges and lines of the house. There was a slight change in the floor plan to accommodate the exterior design, but the overall theme carried out in a straightforward and simple way. Stucco and wood cladding were used to highlight the clean, crisp lines of the exterior façade, which came out looking absolutely stunning.
