Designing in the minimalistic style is an art form, and not everyone can accomplish it well. Ahmad Al Suwaidi came to CAS with the task of designing a minimal style villa exterior that was both luxurious yet cost effective. The CAS team responded by designing a simple but unique design that utilized the existing edges and lines of the house. There was a slight change in the floor plan to accommodate the exterior design, but the overall theme carried out in a straightforward and simple way. Stucco and wood cladding were used to highlight the clean, crisp lines of the exterior façade, which came out looking absolutely stunning.
