Forum Schoenbrunn: a mix of multifunctional office building and two residential blocks –achieving first place at a procedure for calling in expert opinion. Winning a competition is a fine basis for a challenging project. Thanks to the good cooperation with the proprietor we were able to cope with challenges during the implementation and had the possibility to carry out our ideas in a productive way. We are proud of the final product – the “jewel” creates bonding with the castle Schoenbrunn on the opposite side. He gives the users panorama view. Vienna is establishing a new main station. We are planning 41 privately financed apartments on construction field B.04 for the developer Familienwohnbau.Planners have to come to an agreement in lots of points when a new urban area is created. Our housing project lies in the middle of the construction site. Fortunately the coordination in the matter of shared infrastructure ran smoothly. The quiet inside court location is an advantage for the future residents. Since the surrounding buildings are much higher it was our task to give them privacy in this exposed environment. .Loggias and roof terraces sealed from view arise from this fact.
