A two-level apartment in Sochi has joined the collection of unusual projects of our studio. The task from the customers was to create an interior in the usual loft style with the addition of original spatial solutions. The area of the apartment is small-67 sq. m, but our designers took into account the needs of all residents, including little dog york.

The history of the interior began with the transfer of an opening in the ceiling for the stairs, which made it possible to create an open loft, which customers dreamed of. The configuration of the metal staircase is non-standard and designed according to the sketches of the studio.

Evoke Kitchen Collection
With so many variations on Scandinavian-style kitchen designs, it takes time and effort to be original. But Corner, a Chicago-based kitchen renovation company, was challenged to prove otherwise. Their new kitchen collection Evoke combines the classic design of the shaker fronts with the modern trends of European minimalism.

After refurbishing a first studio in Paris 20e, our office miogui was asked for a second one in the same building. It’s almost the same space, with some little differences, that create a different plan, with the same concept. The existing situation is banal, a bathroom too big for the space, one window in the bathroom, one other in the main space, a little kitchen, a big wardrobe, a bed. The main question we want to answer is: How can the space look bigger ?
