The interiors at this Lincoln Park residence exude refined sophistication and timeless design. The experience begins at the illuminated foyer cabinet, where tasteful lighting sets the tone for a warm welcome. Adding an extra layer of elegance, the design team at Inspired Interiors incorporated Banker Wire's 3DZ-151 architectural wire mesh in the kitchen, foyer, and wet bar as cabinet inserts and partitions. This mesh's meticulous weaving provides increased rigidity through a balanced arrangement of the wires in the front and back.

Campus West Offices
For decades, the Gazet van Antwerpen printing works and offices were a familiar sight in the Antwerp left bank skyline. Since the fusion, only the newsroom’s new office building is left. The freed area was purchased by project developer Groep Bouwen and will be called Katwilg Park from now on. POLO Architects created the masterplan.

Actiu, manufacturer specialising in the creation of office furniture for work spaces has become the first Industrial building in the European sector with the LEED Gold certification, a recognition for sustainable construction.
The Actiu Technological Park, designed by Jose Maria Tomas LLavador, has been based on sustainability and self- sufficient use of natural resources right from the design stage. Rain water is collected from the roofs and stored in cisterns for irrigation and industrial use. Europe's largest rooftop photovoltaic plant was installed with state-of- the-art technology and output, which generates 7 million kWh of solar energy, 6 times Actiu's requirements.
