Sophisticated and unconventional – This exclusive members lounge raises the bar on workplace amenity Masterful handling of complex architectural propositions once again comes to the fore in the design of this Sydney headquarters, delivered for a major lifestyle brand. Most notable in this project are the internal architectural forms that characterise the exclusive members lounge, sited on the upper most floor of the Poly Centre (Grimshaw). After creating two successful Tap Rooms serving their craft brewing innovations, we partnered with The Boston Beer Company again – this time to transform their corporate office. Boston Beer asked us to help them create a more cohesive office environment that would connect and showcase their brands while fostering community and collaboration in their home base. Landis + Gyr is a Swiss company, involved in manufacturing rugged metering systems for various industry applications. On the other hand, their products are Smart and incorporate high technology for a modernized future. The design of the work space was an attempt to show these two opposite aspects of the company. CEDC International occupies a representative area in the Bobrowiecka 8 office building in Warsaw. The solutions applied have been tailored to the company's needs, with a view to its specificity and products. Furniture, details, and design solutions are closely related to the investor’s industry. Attention to detail and consistency made it possible to create an office that became CEDC’s showcase. With over 35 years’ experience, George Marbo is a master craftsman. His namesake label Marbo Shirt offers the gentlemen of Sydney a bespoke tailoring service which produces crisp, well-constructed dress shirts.
