This is a plan for an office and workshop in a quiet residential area.We aimed to create a space that would serve as an intermediary for a variety of activities for the community and the company. First, the existing shutters were considered as a device to dynamically manipulate open and closed situations, and a flexible façade was planned for the street. Studio Wonder

The transformation of industries presents continuous opportunities and new challenges. In the middle of these waves of change, many existing industrial facilities are losing their functionality and being abandoned. Located at the end of the Geumsa Industrial Complex in Geumjeong-gu, Busan, the abandoned factory of Dongil DRB is one of many spaces that failed to adapt to industrial changes. Experimental Co-Housing Denver project by Productora provides a compelling model for centrally located, low-cost housing

Only a few miles from the downtown area of Denver, this experimental co-housing project by Productora provides centrally located, low-cost housing for couples or individuals while integrating with surrounding suburban context.  Onnis Luque The 50-foot wide site parcel is divided into two equal lots. In accordance with local zoning codes, each lot can accommodate a main house and an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).
