KINDERGARTEN SLUDERNO
Child-friendly and sustainable: with Sluderno Kindergarten, Roland Baldi Architects has created a wooden building with a pitched roof, plastered façade and significant windows of different sizes that, with their staggered layout and dimensions, are reminiscent of an child's drawings. Inside, all the rooms can be accessed through the spacious foyer, which is also a welcome, recreation and play area. The group rooms face south towards the recreation areas in the garden. The custom-made wooden furniture, such as stools, tables and wardrobes, together with deliberately chosen colours convey a sense of security. More

Area fieristica e centro servizi per l'agricoltura di Arcugnano
The new livestock market and service center were born from the strong relation with the local tradition and economy: they are a new urban space inside the historical center of Carmagnola.

The project’s purpose is the regeneration of the foro boario, a 1400 sqm building in which, in the past, the livestock market was hosted and, nowadays, it is partially abandoned. The citizen demanded for its renovation, asking for the reorganization of the area through the creation of a community center.

Ex Officine Scaglietti
L’intervento si propone di riqualificare l’originaria sede della storica carrozzeria Scaglietti di Modena. Ergodomus si è occupato dell'ingegnerizzazione di tutta la struttura lignea.
La vecchia struttura industriale ormai inglobata nel centro di Modena era in disuso da parecchio tempo come testimoniava la copertura in buona parte crollata. L’immobile esistente è stato mantenuto in quanto sono riconoscibili gli elementi tipologici del capannone artigianale anni ’50. Tutte le pareti esterne manterranno il “sapore” storico. All’interno una struttura in XLAM ha permesso di realizzare un edificio assolutamente performante sia dal punto di vista statico che energetico, con tempi di intervento ridottissimi in un area difficilmente fruibile...
