Serava Villa is a private residence located in one of the most secluded and exclusive areas of Abu Dhabi. Dog Tales Rescue & Sanctuary is a dual-species animal shelter located in Canada, designed to redefine how care environments can feel. The architecture balances functionality with emotional warmth, using natural materials such as corten steel, stone, and wood to evoke a sense of safety and dignity. Located on a steep forested slope with panoramic views of Mount Begbie and a nearby lake, the house is fully integrated into its alpine setting. The architecture follows the topography with cascading volumes that minimize impact on the terrain and maximize exposure to natural light and views. The client—a Saudi Arabian prince—commissioned YODEZEEN to design a contemporary mosque as part of a larger 12,000 m² private complex in Riyadh. The brief called for a design that respects the sacred spatial principles of Islamic architecture while reflecting YODEZEEN’s modern, sculptural aesthetic.
