ATEC is a company specialized in management and leadership material execution of building works. His office Pamplona-based technique consists of a team of Technical Architects and Building Engineers that make up the Project Manager of projects.
Founded in 1998 by Emilio and Francisco Javier Escuchuri Linzoain, Technical Architects from the University of Navarra and Building Engineers at the University Ramon Lllull and UNAV respectively.
