The architects Silvia Schellenberg-Thaut and Sebastian Thaut founded Atelier ST in 2005 in Leipzig, Germany. The work of both is characterised by the play with viewing patterns. The evadable familiar and well known is translated into a distinctive, contemporary architecture and design. Atelier ST creates urban spaces, buildings, interiors and individual furniture. They say about themselves, “We have no restrictions and we think outside the box. We are open for everything that inspires us and our creativity.” Their work is awarded with a numerous prices and is nationally and internationally published.
