Each individual tile is unique—crafted one at a time by our team of passionate artisans. We’re Inspired By: Pop Art. Our founders, Jason and Megan Coleman, have a thing for the pop art movement that emerged in the mid-1950s. Think: simple combinations of bold color and minimal geometric shapes. Andy Warhol and Victor Vasarely are our favorites. We are mid-century modern enthusiasts. Our name, Clayhaus, derives from the Bauhaus movement and its influences on modernist architecture and modern design. We Love: The Process. For us, the most rewarding part of the creative process is that our products bring joy to someone else. The tile we make from scratch becomes a permanent fixture in someone’s home or commercial space. How cool is that?
