Born in 1920 in Varedo, Italy, as a company specialized in the production of tables and chairs, COLICO ANTONIO grew exponentially in the postwar years to become, in the 1970’s, a leading company in the field of furniture for private and contract use. The entrance of Walter Colico into the Milanese company in 1982 marked a profound change. From its beginnings with handmade artisan work, the company started an evolutionary search for new forms and lines for the production of furniture with a high content of design, geared towards an international clientele. This was how COLICO DESIGN came to be.
