DEOC-A is working on a series of projects that include housing in the USA and Guatemala, hospitals, hotels, corporate-office buildings and a museum awarded by the Boston AIA.
Prior to founding DEOC-A, Roberto de Oliveira Castro has worked on projects for international architecture firms such as Machado & Silvetti in Boston, Herzog & de Meuron in Switzerland and he was founder-member of over,under in Boston.
His experience include international design competitions, architecture guidelines definition for master plans in the Middle East, corporate buildings and hotels in Egipt, Central America and the USA, business schools for universities in Arkansas and Beirut, and Museums in the USA and Spain.
The design philosophy of DEOC-A is to focus on each client and project individualy. Recognizing and exploring the cultural context, economic and geographic aspects of each project, we can design and deliver a product specific to your site and scheduled use, to the needs of current and future users.
