Founded in 2003 by Architects De Paoli and De Franceschi, the Team grew with the joining of Arch. Baldan in 2005 and Ing. Sartori in 2019.
Depaolidefranceschibaldan best known for their residential and commercial projects, focus on innovative solutions in the use of materials and building technologies. Since 2016, the Team attended various architecture competitions, regarding regenerative strategies for public spaces, and obtaining several awards.
The designing approach starts from the site analysis, context and customers necessities, always maintaining a close relationships between all parties, in order to create unique spaces for specific needs.
