LEICHT Kuechen AG, based in Swabian Waldstetten, is an international Company specialising in the development, production and marketing of durable products for kitchen, cooking and living.  The planning and meeting of customers’ unique requirements for differing room situations is of highest priority.  Concurrently, complex design concepts for the whole living space are translated into reality. The name LEICHT stands for 80 years of company tradition and experience in kitchen furniture manufacture in Germany. LEICHT applies principles of ergonomics and functionality, clean forms and a sophisticated taste to its kitchen development.  The form language does not automatically follow fashion trends but rather the principle of minimalism and sensuality, making it timeless in the best possible way.  Increasingly the kitchen has become the centre of the house for family and visitors.  This places an emphasis on room architecture as the principal starting point of the design.  The interaction between room and function is of particular importance.  It must be included in the planning and arrangement of the kitchen, satisfying the customer’s request  for a fluid transition between kitchen and living room, whilst maintaining visible style.  Great care is taken with choice of materials and colours as this greatly influences the effect of  the various elements and with that the sensual perception of the whole living space.
