ERDEN was born from the desire to simplify earthen construction, making it accessible to more people. Our products are the result of 35 years of intensive research by Martin Rauch and his team. We are thus bringing the oldest known building material into the present. And into the center of society. 

We have been working with the possibilities of earthen construction for almost four decades. Making rammed earth accessible to more and more people is part of our vision. We want the material to assert itself alongside wood, concrete, and brick as a fundamental building block of the urban landscape. To further this dream, we engage in writing and research, academic programs, artistic exhibitions, and we offer consulting services, training workshops, and tours of Schlins so you can examine rammed earth vis-à-vis.
