In this context; • All of the executed services beginning from 2011 are registered to be containing a quality management system that conforms to ISO 9001:2008 regulations by an accredited institution. • Continuous improvement and development is aimed and focused to providing qualified service by prioritizing client’s satisfaction with ISO 9001:2008 quality management system. Therefore it is important to ensure continuous improvement by identifying and resolving discordances on-site and to execute corrective and preventive activities. • Realization of quality objectives are analyzed and reported regularly by the process-owners and they generate an important source for objectives of next year. • When diverged from objectives, immediate action plans are generated and continuity of the activities is ensured by determining the areas to improve. • As part of compliance training for new employees, occupational health and safety, working conditions and job definitions are explained in detail. • In-company communication is provided by announcement boards, internal correspondences, electronic mails, phones and meetings.
