The architecture firm i2G ARQUITECTOS based in Bilbao was established as a professional company, in 2007 by Gorka Apraiz, Gilles Marchal and Iñigo Barberena, architects from of different areas of origin (Euskadi, Belgium and Navarra), educated at different universities (Donostia, Brussels and Pamplona) and with a range of geographical experiences (North Carolina - USA, Barcelona and Venice) - all in all a highly diverse range academic training. Joint working of the founding partners during the previous 7 years on the development of projects of proven importance, in another architectural firm, set the precedent for the establishment of this new infrastructure.
At present, our company structure has been consolidated with its own philosophy, by incorporating new human resources, to establish the company and make known as an alternative in the field of CURRENT ARCHITECTURE.
