kister scheithauer gross architects and urban planners’ key interest is an in-depth discourse with place and typology. We transform abstract visions into sound architecture that strengthens context and site.
kister scheithauer gross (ksg) evolved of an affiliation of young Cologne architects founded by Prof. Johannes Kister und Reinhard Scheithauer in 1992. In 1997 Prof. Susanne Gross became the third supporting member, making kister scheithauer & Partners today's ksg.
ksg's work scope ranges from architectural planning and realization to urban planning as well as surveying work, both in the role of general planners and traditional architects throughout all work phases With a team of approximately 80 people the office has two branches in Cologne and Leipzig.
