Bridging the gap between architectural ambition and the human experience, KYOOB prioritises a comprehensive understanding of client needs and aspirations in order to create spaces that foster well-being, connection, and a sense of belonging. Our innovative and experimental approach to design enables us to embrace exciting possibilities, opening new paradigms.
We boast a diverse portfolio of international projects, with clients from both the public and private sectors. These projects span various typologies, including residential (private and public housing), commercial, institutional, hospitality, industrial, business parks, conservation developments, and master planning projects.
Our partners feature prominent names such as Airbus, Danaher, Pall Filtration, Leica Microsystems, ST Electronics, Kingsmen, Bee Cheng Hiang, Koufu, and Paradise Group, among others. The extent of our commercial and industrial portfolio surpasses 6.5 million square feet of gross floor space. In addition, our ongoing residential projects for HDB contribute to over 5,000 housing units, along with commercial and retail spaces.
As an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified consultancy and BIM ready practice, our projects have received numerous prestigious accolades, including the SIA Architectural Design Awards, FIABCI-Singapore Property Award, FIABCI World Prix D’Excellence Award, BCA Green Mark Platinum and Gold Plus Awards, BCA Universal Design Mark Gold Award, LIAS Gold Award, HDB Design Award, and the Asia Property Awards Singapore. In addition, we were recognised as one of the Top 10 Architects at the BCI Asia Awards in 2022 & 2023.
